At Paragon Supper Club, we strive to be a symbol of excellence, so as you view our wine list, our hope is you are able to find incredible wines chosen in our efforts to enhance your dining experience. These wines range from $20 to $1,000, varying point ratings, phenomenal reviews, and wonderful stories about the people and the land who craft these treasures. We take great care of each and every bottle of wine in our possession.
We have a strong focus on New World wines, specifically from Napa and Sonoma in California, with an ever-expanding focus on Old World wines, from Italy, Spain, and France.
In addition to our menu and feature wine list, we also have a Sommelier Reserve List that is available upon request.

A robust, rich champagne that has a rich texture and layers of fruit that is wonderfully balanced.

The texture is opulent and rich, yet has a velvety quality, with supple density. Rich and fine grained tannins are balanced with ripe fruit, acidity and oak. Chuck Wagner.

Deep purple black colored, reveals notions of warm cassis, blueberry preserves and boysenberries, with touches of cedar chest, cherry cola and spice cake. Full-bodied, the palate has a firm, grainy texture and lively line, carrying the spicy blackberry preserves flavors to a nice, long finish.

Boasting extraordinary elegance and freshness despite the hot vintage, delivering fragrances of juicy Marasca cherry, spiced blueberry, tobacco and licorice. Rich, full-bodied and deeply rewarding, this vintage expression is one for the ages (and aging). Notes of creme de cassis, black and blue fruits and the very finest oak. Tannins build up beautifully, forming wave upon wave as the wine flows across the palate.
